Shipping policy
Free shipping, worldwide
Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum, to every country we serve. There is nothing to add at checkout.
How long it takes
- Processing: 1–2 business days from the moment you order.
- Delivery: 7–14 days after it ships, depending on your country.
Christmas is a busy season for every carrier. Order early if you need it under the tree on a specific date.
Tracking
You get a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel leaves the warehouse. If it hasn't arrived within 5 days of ordering, check your spam folder and then write to us.
Customs and duties
Most orders arrive with nothing extra to pay. In a few countries the local customs office may charge an import fee. That fee is set by your country, not by us, and it is the buyer's responsibility.
Wrong address
If you spot a mistake in your address, email us within 24 hours and we can still fix it. After the parcel ships, the address cannot be changed.
